Rockford Health News-Making Chubby Hubby Go Away

Our Body Miracle experiment continues. Julie has lost 15 pounds and I have lost 11. Panic almost set in yesterday though, when I broke the strap to my Body Miracle armband. I had exercised, and gotten very sweaty, and it stuck to my arm, so I tugged on it, and pulled one end of the strap loose, which could probably have been fixed with glue. Fortunately, we had an extra, so I did not have to uncork the Elmer’s. I was really surprised that I was so anxious for a moment that I might not have my trusty arm band for support. However, it did not take me too long to remember that I could keep right on doing what I am doing without the arm band tool.
I am already feeling the benefit from the weight I have lost, moving a little better while playing catch with my son. So of course, I am going to continue with the process. One of the ingredients that I have added to my diet is coconut oil, on toast. My experience is that the inflammation I had in my sinus cavities is better. We went swimming at the YMCA last Sunday and I was able to swim underwater for a bit, which I have not been able to do for years because my ears hurt too badly. Pretty amazing to be able to do that again. Another ingredient is Sisel Lean Meal Replacement shakes, which have helped me to manage appetite between meals and get nutrition. I tried Sisel Lean because a good friend of mine has used it to lose over 100 pounds in the last year. His story is one I can trust.
However, I still have work to do at dinner time. I am eating too much at that meal, because I eat for a feeling of fullness rather than nutrition. Comfort if you will. I am very close to making a successful transition to managing that dinner time physiology. Scheduling is an important part of that process. The whole thing is quite exciting. Here is a link to the Body Lean tools if you are curious.
